Radio call signs identified below

Audio courtesy of Jim McDaniel, webmaster of the 174th Assault Helicopter Company

The audio was taped from the Tactical Operations Center for the 174th AHC. Therefore you will hear not only the units actively engaged in the interdiction of the NVA re-supply ship, but also administrative radio traffic of the 174th's helicopters and the voices of the US Army personnel in the TOC. Although they may sound like "kibitzers" in the background, they also provide an ongoing "color analysis" of the engagement.
